Kognic - Annotation Platform for Sensor-Fusion Data

As the Lead UX Designer for my team, I collaborated closely with backend and frontend developers to create a user-friendly As the Lead UX Designer, I worked closely with backend and frontend developers to craft a user-friendly experience and interface for the Kognic platform. My team was specifically responsible for the project management features, including starting up projects, managing resources, and tracking metrics and results. I conducted in-depth user research to understand our users' needs and challenges, translating those insights into intuitive user flows and design solutions.

I collaborated with other designers at Kognic (responsible for different parts of the platform), to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across the entire product.

My focus was on making the platform both easy and enjoyable to use. From initial ideas and wireframes to polished mockups, I worked closely with the team to continuously refine and iterate the design, ensuring it met both user expectations and technical requirements.
